Let's rewind to 2014.

Feeling burned out from the corporate grind, we each crafted a plan to become location-independent and self-employed, reclaiming our time.

Melanie was a world-travelling Business Transformation Leader and Lean Process Optimization Expert at a major pharmaceutical company. She and her global teams were specialized in converting manual processes into digital, automated ones while also managing the organizational changes that affected both people and entire functions.

Katrin, on the other hand, was a Leadership Trainer and HR Business Partner for large corporations. She focused on helping leaders develop essential skills, attract and retain talent, and navigate complex HR challenges.

Melanie dives into a fresh role in digital business transformation and operational excellence consultancy, starts investing in real estate, and enrolls in a two-year business coach training.

Katrin switches gears, too, and undertakes mediator training.

Yet, something still feels off...

We're evolving.

We took eventually the leap into full-time (Melanie) and part-time (Katrin) freelancing and consulting, launching our own online businesses.

Melanie, a technically skilled and creative coach and consultant, founded iMellan GmbH at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, creating MY NU WAYS! Programs offering one-on-one sessions, group online programs, and courses.

Katrin, a fully qualified lawyer and leadership expert, established Caldeweil Consulting to promote her leadership coaching services, offering both individual and group programs.

Promoting our services through engaging social media content, we were thrilled to see our efforts pay off as we began earning money online. This success ignited our passion to empower others to achieve the same.

Burnout, Breakthrough & A Twist of Fate.

By early 2023, we both hit a wall—without even knowing each other yet. Despite leaving corporate for freedom, we were grinding 60+ hours a week for years. Oops! 🥵

Sure, we sold high-ticket programs, posted 24/7 on social media, and ran live coaching. But we were still stuck in the time-for-money trap, exhausted with no way to scale.

Then came the wake-up call—burnout wasn’t the dream. So we made a bold move: shifting to digital products, automated sales, and paid ads to break free.

And just weeks after independently making the same decision—boom! Our paths finally crossed. 🚀

From Solo Hustles to a Unified Powerhouse.

When we first connected, we were both in the process to transforming our businesses to focus on passive income through mini-digital products.

This journey turned us into trusted business allies, supporting each other with insights and creativity.

Throughout 2023 and 2024, our approach led to significant growth in both income and email subscribers through smart automated sales funnels. This success fueled our passion to help others achieve similar results, steering us towards becoming a digital business consultancy.

As our businesses flourished, our collaboration deepened, culminating in the development of the ONE strategy—tailored for international clients in English and for German, Austrian, and Swiss clients in German.

By the end of 2024, we decided to join forces officially. Since February 2025, we proudly operate as a single, unified company.
