By 2014, we were burned out from the corporate hamster wheel and said: enough! We wanted freedom — independence, location-flexibility, and time for life again.
Melanie was leading global transformation teams and projects in a pharma giant — turning manual processes into digital, automated systems and guiding entire departments through change.
Katrin was shaping leaders and steering HR in international corporations — training executives, attracting top talent, and keeping teams strong in complex environments.
