There is no right of cancellation for contracts with entrepreneurs, i.e. natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity in accordance with Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), who are acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding the contract.

However, if you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you have the right of cancellation described in the attached cancellation policy. However, the seller points out that you as the buyer, you have agreed that the seller shall grant you immediate access to a programme or online course and that the service shall, therefore, be provided immediately and directly. In this case, you, as the buyer, have expressly waived your 14-day right of cancellation (see Terms). 

As a consumer who has not waived their right of cancellation, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (iMellan GmbH, St. Sebastian 17, 84405 Dorfen [Germany], connect@mynuways.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services should commence during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
