No right of withdrawal applies to contracts concluded with business customers. For the purposes of these Terms, a business customer is any natural or legal person acting in the course of their trade, business, or professional activity when entering into the contract.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you are generally entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

For digital content, online programs, online courses, member areas, communities, or similar digital services that are made available immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to us commencing performance of the contract and/or providing access to the digital content before the withdrawal period expires.

You also acknowledge that you have been informed that your right of withdrawal will be lost once performance of the contract has commenced and/or access to the digital content has been provided, where permitted by law and applicable to your purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (iMellan GmbH, St. Sebastian 17, 84405 Dorfen, Germany, connect@nu-ways.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Special Notice Regarding Digital Content

For digital content, online programs, online courses, member areas, communities, or similar digital services that are made available immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to us commencing performance of the contract and/or providing access to the digital content before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
